In the beginning, DCV ASSOCIATION started with selling and promoting stickers. Eventually, moved onto different ideas and began promoting music online. We're currently still in the works and have quite a ways to go, but with support from our state, South Dakota, we're guaranteed to bring our customers satisfaction. Locally owned in Sioux Falls, SD.
